"We just bought our 3rd camper here, that being a Montana 5th wheel. Since our 1st purchase, we don't even bother looking anywhere else because the perfessional performance of the entire staff there is immeasurable, from the owner Pete to keven in sales to Justan in service and the rest of the entire staff. After owning 2 trailers, This was our first 5th wheel purchase so we had lots of questions. We spent about 1/2 day with the sales staff as kevin educated us on them. You will never find a better sales staff anywhere you go. After we made the purchase and came back to pick it up, Justan in sevice spent another 1/2 day explaining everything from the new hitch he installed to our first 5th wheel front to back and top to bottom. He even had me hitch and unhitch so I would understand how it operated and then insisted we go for a ride because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the way it pulled. It just doesn't end there either, if there is ever a question or problem, they always put there customers first. We could never never ask for more. Thanks to everyone at fourwinds RV. We have experienced the nightmare (along with others) of going to another dealership on I55 North, namely P****** RV, where we purchased a brand new unit with many problems. "We have purchased two units from Four Winds RV. The sales staff is second to none, Kevin was our salesman on our first unit and we asked for him when we went back for our second purchase. The service department is first class as well, I needed a couple small items and asked them to ship the parts to me so I could install them and save me a 2 hour trip, and they were shipped right away. My wife and I have purchased campers from two other locations in the past. We will return to Four Winds RV for our next purchase as well."

"This is our second camper purchase. Our first purchase (a popup) came from Pontiac RV. They were all excited about selling you a camper but when it came to servicing it or getting questions answered - not very customer friendly. So when we were ready to purchase a camping trailer we saw the adds on-line for Fourwinds and decided to try them. We will never go anywhere else. The salesman, Kevin, was very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. The finance office (Debbie) willing to meet us in Bloomington to sign something that was missed during the purchasing process. We have also purchased accessories from Fourwinds and they are always helpful. And finally their service department - what can we say about them other than great!"
