Unique situation. We are helping a customer who bought this from us as the second owner, who is dealing with health issues by selling this Montana for them. It is not perfect, but has some major upgrade features. It has a generator and a massive solar/lithium system that will even run the AC system. The solar and generator were about a $20K investment and can truly be used off grid. The whole system runs through the Victron Connect system which is controlled thru and app. The coach is still winterized, but all is said to work. The front AC (rear runs, but not sure compressor is engaging), fridge, awning, microwave, generator, have all been tested and are good. The king pin hitch has the Pull Rite capture plate on it, but can be removed if you are using a standard hitch.
The issues: tires are dry cracking and from 2017, the awning works, but the left arm sticks and needs some assistance to start going out and the fabric is work along the top edge. The bedroom slide out floor is soft. Can't really tell from the outside, but can inside. The center roof vent over the walkway of the bath is a little soft around it.
Because of the age and situation of the pros of the solar and gen systems, and the cons of the age and the spot issues, this camper is being sold AS-IS. We can still help do the tax, license and title if needed. Title is in hand.
