Why is this priced so much lower than any other 38RSRT out there? Well, it has some things to overcome. Still an overall good camper to take the family on adventures, but the inside has been repainted by the previous owner to try to look like the modern style. It isn't the worst job by far, but not the greatest either. Also, in traditional Heartland fashion, it has leaked and has delamination in areas. Inside, there is a soft spot by the bath skylight and behind the rear bath cabinet. Again, not the worst, but it is there and we want to be upfront about it. The bedroom vinyl floor split in a spot too. But the offset to those things, is that is is 10K less than the cheapest one out there.
