Overall a very nice camper. Clean and everything works. Lots of liveable space with the opposing slides. The reason it is priced so low is because it does have a small soft spot on the floor of the dinette slide out. It is about the size of a footprint (6" x 12" ish) in between the dinette and the forward side wall of the slide at the wall. It has been sealed and will not get worse (unless neglected over time). Because this is something that many could just leave as it is, we are pricing it low to offset that. Has 2 roof AC units, power stabilizer jacks, Theater recliner seats, power tongue jack and more.
